Just purchased a new HP with windows 10. Used ScreenThemes for years on Windows 7; but I'm having trouble getting it to work in Windows 10. Is there anywhere to get support or advice ? Thank you.

I keep looking at the Personalisation > Themes route for Windows 11 and I think it's impossible to load your own or (much better) ScreenThemes wallpapers to replace the total crapola ones provided by Macroslob.
In "improving" their product with Windows 10 and (now) Windows 11 Macroslob have cut out the ability to use the far superior product provided by ScreenThemes to those, like me, who were prepared to pay the nominal 'once only' cost of a wide range of backgrounds that appealed to us.
It's a case of "never mind the quality, feel the width".
It's possible that the cause to this issue to be the functionality of the website/servers. I identified the website, but when you access it, an error appears instead. It indicates that the website is no longer working, therefore making it impossible to activate the application.
There could be another reason to this error: the usage of the serial number. Some serial numbers can be activated once, forever, or a couple of times. It could be possible that your serial number expired.
I have been using ScreenThemes for over 15 years. Love it! Unfortunately, due to replacing my computer, I have lost my ScreenThemes software. What ever happened to Mike and Mike, the developers of that program? I cannot find their website from which I could download my purchased ScreenThemes bundles. All I have is an old CD-ROM from ScreenThemes with an address of 761 Sproul Road #211, Springfield, PA 19064. I think my customer number was 57058? Please, if they are still around and if they have a new website, I would like to know how I may log into my account so I may download the wallpaper and screen saver bundles I had purchased.

There is no possibility to access the website of ScreenThemes because it's offline which means the product has been discontinued. Due to this situation, it's impossible to download the bundles you have purchased. If the content was delivered to you through a CD-ROM, then you can use it on your PC to install the purchased content.
At this time and most likely in the future, the downloading is a component that won't be possible.
